球員與球衣
報載「只值 250 萬！ 泰山被牛賣給獅」，這樣的標題下得聳動，細看內容，才知道中間有許多算計在當中。
不過我不是要講這些算計！倒是報導中有一句話講得很棒：
球員有球衣穿是最高興的事。
這說明了，球員要上球場打球、演員要上舞台表演… Design Thinker 最小最小的願望是，要有時間與空間可以醞釀…

Design Thinking，被「諧和」前 and 被「諧和」後
有一位義大利同仁在聽完我分享完 Design Thinking 之後的 reflection 說：
maybe next time we could “do it wrong first time”
我說，
that’s great! I believe that would be a good start to get into the spirit of Design Thinking, but probably it’s not the philosophy that [boss] and [boss] have. But in my point of view, it’s really a good start.
而後我再說：
but you can do thousands of wrong...

good with groups
昨天再看 1999 年 IDEO 接受 ABC Nightline 邀約，在 5 天內重新設計 shopping cart 的專案 video，終於聽清楚了這一段話，也是我認為很重要的一個觀念:
… Project Leader because he’s good with groups, not because of seniority.
facilitator 本身就是一個在人群、團隊與組織當中，扮演引導心流 (flow) 與串連 (connection) 的角色，加上一點專業知識，其實是最適當作為 project leader 的人選。
可惜的是，在公司內這樣的角色並不多。就算有，其貢獻也往往無法被認可。尤其愈大的公司就愈明顯。
